In Sydney, Australia and scientists say it is caused by impurities in the ocean, such as salts, chemicals, dead plants, decomposed fish and excretions from seaweed. Mabe even a little piss and poo poo from every human and sea animal in the world. Yeah what fun! Maybe in 2 yrs the people in these photos will be hairless and turn into sea monsters...
